Fit-To-Win Challenge

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

recently I have started slacking as far as gym visits and maintaining what took me so long to gain . Reasons ? lazyness , Before at my old base there was nothing to do so I had no reason NOT to workout . Here , shit I can find a million reasons to stay in my room ! But Im going to start changing that starting today October 1st . In approx 11 days I have a physical fitness test . as many push ups and situps that your body will allow you to do in 2 mins . And best time ran for 2 miles . Pretty simple huh ? Well i havent ran in a while dude to my "stitches" . Fucking A !!! My goal for the Pt test ? Run less than a 15 minute 2 mile . It may seem impossible to those who dont work out , and seem like nothing to you marathon junkies . But I am 25 pounds heavier than I used to be , and If i implemented running into my daily routine I would be losing all the mass im struggling to gain during the workout . So here is my challenge

Starting today October 1st 2008 , I will dedicate at least an hour to the gym per day . ( An hour ? ) It is proven that a person only needs 45 minutes to an hour for a complete workout . In this hour I will target 1 or 2 muscle groups per session and work my abs as well . The Ab's is the fastest recovering muscle in your body , you cant overwork your abs . Once you are finished working out your abs may feel as if it needs a few days off but it usually recovers within a moments . I will dedicate myself to form and delivery . And not how many reps I can do or how much weight ( thats the rookie way of working out )

I haven't swam since i was about 6 or 7 . Due to a near death experience I have avoided the pools . The most I'll do now is wad in water . I have a female (hot one at that ha offering to teach me how to swim) Once i perfect the art of swimming I will go swimming at least 3 times a week . Swimming could become a major part of a persons workout , due to the fact that it is a total body workout .

I entered Iraq June 4th at approx 162 pounds . I am currently 185 . My goal is to leave Iraq in March of 2009 200 pounds and toned . I dont like the "overly muscular look" It doesn;t fit me . I'm aiming for a nice tone'd shape , with cuts but not Mr Olympia size .

I can't really help my diet due to the food being served, but I will maintain it as best as possible . I will update my blog every 2 to 3 days to give you guys a heads up

FUCKING AYE !

oh yeah John Fit-To-Win sounds better 8P
