In this post im gunna explain the 2 different types of Alpha Males
In the PU world we have come to the conclusion that there is an Alpha and a Beta
Alpha being the more socially conditioned person , alot of confidence .... basically the traits of a natural
Beta is a person that is below an alpha who is not as socally conditioned , doesnt always display confidence ... basically a person levels below an alpha .

Now alot of People go thru the phase of trying to align there self with other alpha's . This is good BUT what alot of males dont realize is that there are 2 TYPES OF ALPHA's

In a social group you have a Pure Alpha , and a Beta Alpha . Basically the Alpha is the dude that basically is the leader of your group, you tend to try and show approval to this guy even though you may not realize it . Pay attention to how you may react to this guy, how you may be seeking his approval and how other react to his alpha status over yours .

The Beta Alpha is an alpha but when faced or around a pure alpha his status suddenly plunges and decreases and he doesnt feel as Alpha . As tyler says he has Value in certain enviorments .

A Pure tends not to react to anyone or anythng he does things at his own pace and doesnt feel threatned in the presence of others , basically this is the alpha we all know already and we are all trying to become . He has an overpowering frame that tends to attract everyones attention and there is nothing going on in the area that probably doesnt include him in some way shape or form . Ladies love him because he displays all the characteristics of the man we are all trying to become .

A Beta Alpha tends to also be an Alpha but his status is not as strong as the Pure's . His frame may be imposing but not as strong or dominant . He may only feel alpha in certain situations and enviorments other times he may have BETA traits . When in state this Alpha can overtake a room like a Pure long as he feels he is the strongest Alpha around and that there is no one there to compete with him for that status .


ex: You walk into a club where your social status is proven and you are known . But on this particular night Jay-Z is in town and in your normal venue . Jay being a Pure Alpha sucks up all the attention and makes your alpha status shrivel and die . Because he is socially proven and well known , and you may also be alpha but his status is more proven . Thus maken him the Pura and you the Beta.

Another Ex... have you ever beein in state and overran a venue ? to the point that you dont get Amog's but you have other Alpha's comming to you seeking your approval ? they see you as the Pure alpha and they are sumcommunicating that they acknowledge this by noticing and seeking your approval .


Now the point that many of us is at .... Is the fact that there may be a group of us in a social circle that hangs with other Beta Alpha's ... If the other BA feels he has more status thatn you or that he is more alpha this Alpha may constantly try
1)steal your value
2) make you qualify yourself to him
3) or throw shit test at you

They may try and steal your value by maken you feel below them by maken certain gestures or remarks ...

make you qualify to them by maken you show them that you are worthy of there approval and attention ( think .... why do we qualify females ? so that way we can see if she lives up to our standards .)

Throw shit test at you to see how you may react to them and respond . In an interaction there is ALWAYS someone who responds more in the conversation than the other , so if your responding to him you are showing that he is above you .


And you deal with these as if they were comming from a girl you were gaming ... keep your cool and reframe from it









I know this bcuz the last 2 weeks i have had another Alpha roomate who is kinda surprised with my Alpha status , he respects my status but at the same time he is always trying to prove that he is more alpha than me . So on a daily basis he trys these on me and it doesnt work , so 2day he gets frustrated enough to get mad and pick a fight .

I Laughed and told him hes frustrated bcuz were in the middle of no where and i've been able to get laid while he spends everynight arguing with his girl back home .... this cleared the tension of fighting and brung the convo into another area ....

Be more cautious and study your surroundings and ppl more and this will show more

DaveD was my intro to PU. And many many many programs are about the tactical technology, not about the SOUL of what it means to "pick up" women. Tons of friends have gone on-program with other companies and none have reported significant inroads to the core concept of SSP.

Here is cutting to the heart of matters:

About a month ago I was having a beer with some woman, 35 y.o. attractive. We'd been there for about 5 minutes thus far, just long enough to order a beer and we were finding a place to sit. Wow. A thousand and one posts. Honestly, I never thought I'd last that long. When I started, I was a dabbler, and a poor one at that. And now...shit, it's a fucking party in New Jersey nearly every night.

Now that I get to join that nice echelon of profound people with 4 digits worth of posts, I wanted to step away from that headspace mysticism I've been living and breathing and crack open my head for the fleshy goodness.

I'm laying myself bare, notebook-style. Take from this what you want, I'm offering it all.

I absolutely love the Community and everyone in it. Wouldn't trade a second of it for anything else.

I cannot believe I ever lived in such fear, with such repression and with such anxiety. I cannot believe I was that much of a clueless slob. I'm stunned and empowered by all the transformation I've undergone. Thank you, personally and sincerely for reading and responding and helping me.

Now, the meat...

If I had to write a very simple list of what I'm all about, it would look like this:

Fundamentals of John

• Self-Esteem/ Confidence
• Positivity
• The ability to self-analyze
• Radiant Charisma
• Being in the moment

• I know who I am. I do not doubt this knowledge. I know my strengths. I know my abilities. I am well aware of my limitations. I exist in a state of balance, straddling the limitless potential with the realistic attainment of such goals.

• There is a profound power in the Reframe. Perception IS projection, so why not perceive the best? At the core of all things is an underlying goodness to nature, so why not return to that core frequency? Why not tune into that?

• Self-analysis generates HONEST understanding in an environment of Objectivity. I can remove the ego and emotions from an LR to gather an actual sense of what went on, and use this to develop learning.

• The cup of value OVERFLOWS, how can I not share this with the universe? Armed with an unending, boundless love and appreciation for all things, there is no reason to not share that joy with people. I love traffic because it encourages me to be a careful driver. I love living healthfully, because I can see the physical effects. I love frustration, not because it is a failure, but rather because it is momentum to move me forward. So, now, having spit all that out, I have some views that need to be out there. I have no fancy title for this section, these are just little ideas in my head that have clawed their way to the surface.

Game is a LIFEstyle, and therefore requires LIFE changes. An unwillingness to change even the most core part of you is an unwillingness to succeed. Be prepared to rebuild yourself from the ground up, a million times if you must, because your success not only with women but in all aspects of your life comes to depend on this.

You are never going to find a valid reason that game cannot be this easy. It involves talking to people. Talking is really simple. You’ve been doing it for years. You’re a pro.

Logistics are NOT obstacles they are challenges. They are permeable, changeable and adaptable. The only true obstacle you’ll ever encounter is YOU.

In any interaction, follow theory but do not live by theory. Evolution is not a fixed concept. Evolution is adaptation.

Once you make this kind of change in your life, you cannot hide it. The effects are too broad and too powerful. Nor should you even bother trying to hide it. Do not be ashamed. Associate no stigma with what you’ve done. You did not get on the Internet to get laid, no, you got onto the Internet to learn to be a better man.

Give yourself permission to be yourself, to succeed, to accept all others, flaws and all. From the biggest chode to the biggest AMOG. They are people too.

Set practical goals. Goals that are you-based, not game-based. “I need to engage more two sets in rapid kino” versus “Hotties get more hugs.” The amount of theory you let seep into your life is proportional to the amount of life you let seep out.

My view on Jargon
It’s dangerous, toxic to both vibe and interaction. It is one of the prime ingredients in a sausagefest (chode crystal). Using jargon replaces humanity with labels and provides the ego a cushion with a false sense of control.

My view on “mastery”
Mastery implies the full completion of skills, that no further expansion or growth is possible. Mastery is not realistic. A community such as this MUST grow not only in participants but also theory. The idea of mastery is static, a sign of stalled evolution. It flies directly in the face of growing skills.

My view on Value
Your value is not measured solely by sexual prowess. Value is the sum of internal worth, social worth, a lack of neediness, lack of external completion and a quality life embodied through quality actions. The “cup of value” is variable, depending on the person. Some people have a shot glass; some people a 55-gallon drum. Are you satisfied with your cup?

Crazy night ..... havent really been posting Fr's but i've been going out almost every night i'll give a quick review of my recent sets b4 getting into the LR

Bcuz of this promotion job I dont open sets to close that day .... I approach sets with the mind frame of getting them into the Club i promote at , once they get there then I show them the social status i have and the sets are usually easy from there ..... anyways

I told her i Love adventurous girls because they do things other people may think they shouldnt and she agreed , she also told me she was spontaneous but at the same time she like to have a schedule for certain events , This was my best set by far since joining the community . It lasts about an hour she buys me a drink , I go for the Pull and invite her back to my place but she told me she cant BuT we can link up the next day and hang out . So we set up the Day2 and she introduces me to the rest of her Circle . Her roomate , boss and long time friend . As shes leaving she comes back to me at least 3 times and gives me a kiss on the cheek , and reminds me to call her .... I go outside jump on the cab and go home !!!!!

Law 16: Use Absecne to increase respect and honor

One of the basic laws of PU ... Do not make yourself To AVAILABLE i replied to a guys AIM fr and i told him this . The more available you are to this female the less she will want you bcuz she will feel you are dedicating all of your time to her . But the moment you take away all access to you and make your time more scare and more valuable her respect for you will rise more than double .... why ?


Humans work in various ways .... 1 way is that you always want something that seems like you will never have or that is just out of your reach . No its not just YOU its the human race in general . If you want a specific girl and shes married you want her more bcuz shes TABOO , but the moment shes available and shes there for you then her value to you drops .

Now reverse the situation a female is attracted to you shes comfortable around you and shes seeing you as that "sex worthy guy" , But your always answering her phone calls , you instantly reply to her txt , and your always willing to jump at every meet shes ready to set up . Your to common your presence isnt missed because its always available for her . But if you play phone tag for a minute you take hours to reply to txt msgs it takes weeks for you to to have an hour meet then she knows that your not as available to her . And the whole time that you to arent interacting her mind is brewing and you will constantly be on her mind . Because she is a beautiful female that thousands of guys will die for and you are the only one refusing to give up your appointment with your cat to take her out ... now thats powerful

For people who have been involved in PU , in any community or Forum i feel these laws are ways to increase your success drastically . Not only in PU but becomming a better PERSON IN GENERAL. Alot of people mistake PU for just dealing with females, thus they dont live everyday being an Alpha Male , thus the transition from Alpha to Beta male is like living a double life . Become alpha and stay alpha .

Now also i read a post the other day when someone said that the Forum is becomming a Book Club , this is ridiculous ! This is all about self improvement and self improvement is all about Inner Game most of the Time . And If you have strong inner game half the battle on PU is already won . So it wont hurt to go into a bookstore and read alittle to see what The Buzz is about .

Law 1
Never Outshine the Master
If you have ever found an alpha to learn from pay attention to this Law . If your learning so much from this alpha and he starts to notice that you are getting better than him he will soon start to Cut you out of his social circle and start to close you out completly . why ? Because its only natural that when alpha's find there self on that top posiition they will feel threatened by someone comming from behind and outshining them . Remember this if you have an alpha leading you in anything @ all.



Law 2
Never Put to much Trust in Friends, Learn how to use enemies
This is true . listen to my example
' I go to the club with my wing Law , Law is busy in set and i want to re-open this banging set . So i Game a chode who was overwatching my set into comming to set with me , he takes the bait enters the set .... gets blown out but by the time hes blown out i already have my set where i want it so the obstacle wont be a problem anymore. Now everytime i see this guy he high fives me and introduces me to his friends and all '

Sometimes friends are'nt there and if your using your wing as a crutch and an excuse not to open sets or go out , you will miss out on alot . I started PU by going out everynight by myself learning by myself and using this method to get me to where i am now . This is how i use and interpret this law


Law 10
Infection: avoid the unhappy and unlucky
Before PU i used to find myself constantly meeting new females by being there emotional tampon and soaking up all there problems . Now alot of people including myself may feel that there is nothing wrong with this BUT there is a big problem with this when you constantly are the emotional crutch the female will look at you as no more than a brother or close friend . So when you go to a night club and you begin gaming a female
and she starts crying and all her problems start pouring out try to avoid that area . Now alot of people may feel that you can get laid this way and you MAY . But this is building alot of Comfort by consoling her and telling her everything is going to be all right but there is no attraction or rapport . So when shes back on her feet she will look at you as no more than a close friend , brother or father . Also this unhappy person can suck the life , energy and state right from out of you .


Law 25
Recreate yourself
This is what we all are doing now . To re-create yourself is what i and others call the process of Evolution or a drastic change in which the person doesnt seem or appear the same as previously known . You can re create yourself by actually changing things about you that you can change to make you feel better about yourself . And when you begin the process of evolution do not just change a few things about you make drastic changes at once that will make you stand out as a whole and not small changes at a time .

Law 29
Plan All the Way to the End

With out a plan you cant expect a goal because you dont have a set blueprint to follow and expect results . If your goal is to fclose 5 females a week , but yet you dont have a plan or anything to follow then how can you expect the 5 females to fall into your lap ? always have a plan with an ending and along the way make sure that you include everything like obstacles , consequences , and twists so that way nothing can catch you off guard . In the army we say
" Prepare for the worst hope for the best"
If your already prepared for the worst to happen to you , when something happens it wont catch you off guard .... but if nothing happens then your plan is smooth sailing"

Be Royal IN your Own Fashion : Act like a king to be treated like one

This one is simple .... If you walk into any type of enviorment . If you walk in carrying yourself as an Alpha you will get treated as such . No one knows you to tell if you are or arent , and even if they know that you arent The Alpha they will still treat you as such . If you carry youself as a chode you will get treated as such carry yourself the way you want to be treated . ALWAYS in ANY PLACE and you will soon see the respect and attention you are given .
